Why take a Development Exit Loan?

- Your relationship is not working with the Lender, and you may wish to change lender
- Your Lender has stopped paying drawdowns; for example, they didn't have the funds available to meet their obligations
- You are running out of time to complete the project, due to unforeseen delays; and your Lender may not be wiling to extend the term of the loan. If they are, they may propose to charge you unreasonable fees, or an increase in interest rates
